What is a fuel heater.
Fuel heaters are divided into industrial and domestic types. The most extensive is in the industrial field. In the industrial field, it is mainly used for heating some industrial and commercial places, building bridges and other places with large space, and also for drying some industrial products. As the name implies, it is to heat the air. Traditional coal, gas, common electric heating, and rising oil heating. Among various heating methods, air heating is more comfortable, and oil heating, as an emerging air heating method in industry, can also provide clean and dry hot air to heat the whole space with uniform temperature. It has the advantages of rapid heating and rapid heat circulation.
6 steps to complete the manufacturing process.
Step 1: Put the iron plate cut by CNC in front of the plate rolling machine of the rolling equipment in advance, and the machine will roll the iron plate into a barrel. The processed cylinder is a bit like the shell of solar energy. Next, measure the diameter of the cylinder and simply fix it with pliers.
Step 2: place the rolled cylinder on the spot welding machine for welding. During spot welding, pay attention to the support of the cylinder tail with bracket. When the cylinder is welded, the welding density shall be selected according to the need of airtightness.
Step 3: After the welding is completed, make the bracket of the heater. After the workers put the fabricated cylinder on the bracket, weld it with electric welding.
Step 4: After welding, it is the process of assembling the heater. After the workers assembled the oil tank and the bracket, they put a semicircular iron sheet on the oil tank to form the shell of the heater. At this time, we can put the mailbox shell on the heating device.
Step 5: After fixing the front heating barrel and the rear motor with screws, install the fuel physicochemical device, use a powerful motor to physicalize the liquid fuel pumped up, and use copper pipes to link the front end and the mailbox of the atomizer, then install the control panel of the heater.
Step 6: After the control panel and display are installed, install a fence at the rear and fan blades on the motor. After all the left ones are installed, install the upper panel to form a whole. The installation is successful here.
