Introduction to two types of heating for industrial heaters

There are two types of heating for industrial heaters:

1. Fuel heater

Fuel fired heaters are mainly devices that use fuel oil as a fuel to generate hot air for cold protection and heating. They are lightweight, flexible, small in size, light in weight, powerful in hot air power, easy to operate, safe and reliable, with low electricity consumption, and low fuel consumption. Especially for heating large spaces such as industrial and commercial venues and building bridges, it can also be used to dry some industrial products. As the name suggests, a fuel fired heater heats the air.

There are various heating methods currently available: underfloor heating, radiation, hot air, convection, and so on. There are also many options for energy, such as traditional coal-fired and gas heating, widespread electric heating, and the current rise of oil and gas heating. Among various heating methods, air heating is relatively comfortable, while fuel heating is an emerging industrial air heating method. Fuel fired heaters can also provide clean and dry hot air, heating the entire space with uniform temperature. It has the advantages of rapid heating and fast heat circulation.

2. Electric heater

An electric heater is a type of device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat materials that need to be heated. In work, low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through a pipeline under pressure, and follows a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container. The path designed using fluid thermodynamics principles takes away the high-temperature thermal energy generated during the operation of the electric heating element, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise. The outlet of the electric heater receives the high-temperature medium required by the process.

The internal control system of the electric heating fan automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the output port, so that the medium temperature at the output port is uniform; When the heating element overheats, the independent overheating protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent overheating of the heating material from causing coking, deterioration, and carbonization. In severe cases, it can cause the heating element to burn out, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
