The combustion chamber, like the fuel engine model, is made of high-temperature resistant 310 austenitic stainless steel, which can work well in internal high-temperature environments for a long time and has characteristics such as corrosion resistance and strong oxidation resistance. Burners are slightly more complex compared to fuel powered models. Their nozzles are usually larger and filled with dense small holes. When gas flows through, they do not require high supply pressure and can directly rely on the gas's own pressure to flow out of the nozzle. After passing through the ignition needle, the ignition is completed, and the gas is converted into heat and transported outward.
Induction systems generally include high-temperature and overheat sensing and flame state sensing, which are actually excellent safety systems. Without them, the normal and safe operation of the equipment cannot be guaranteed. After the machine ignites, flame sensing begins to work. When it senses the flame, it sends commands to the safety valve to continue supplying gas. When it senses the flame extinguishes, it sends commands to the safety valve to stop supplying gas, preventing gas leakage. And high-temperature overheating protection is when it senses that if the working temperature of the internal environment exceeds the preset temperature value, it will notify the safety valve to stop supplying gas, but the fan will continue to work. After the fan dissipates the internal high temperature, it will notify the unit to carry out ignition and other work, thereby ensuring the safe operation of industrial heaters.
The ignition system is composed of an ignition transformer and an ignition pin. When the fan is working, the control system notifies the ignition transformer to work. The ignition pin continuously discharges, generating sparks. When combustible gas flows out through the nozzle, it is quickly ignited. The safety valve is composed of a set of electromagnetic systems, which can allow gas flow when powered on and block gas flow when powered off.
